Dear Members and Friends,

The time has come once again for our Presentation evening, to be held at Marple Cricket Club on the last Friday in October, 7-30pm.

Tickets are £6. each - every one - to include Disco and Supper and a first come basis is in operation as we always sell out quickly. Tickets to be paid for on ordering NOT on the night. You may send a S.A.E for return of your Tickets, or collect them from me - this is always a good night - so come along and support the Club, there will be a Prize for the best Halloween type Fancy Dress in 3 sections === littlies / mediums / and Mums and Dads. GO ON - HAVE A GO....

Any prizes for the Raffle will be really appreciated and can be given to me - Karen Sinclair - Carol Whitehead or Louise George.

All Cups and Trophies not returned are now well overdue so please return them quickly in good condition and clean - we will not accept any Trophy not returned by October 20 - a replacement will be purchased and you will have to pay for the trophy and all engraving on it, we are sorry to have to do this but all Trophies should have been returned by October 1st as stated on every Trophy and signed for by you on the last presentation night. Trophies may be left at Bowlers/ Goyt Mill Saddlery / or given to Karen/Carol/Louise or myself - my porch is always open so they may be left in safety under the Chair - please leave the labels with them or your name with each Trophy so we can identify and re-label them for this year.

As some of you may know our Chairman Mrs Mo. Smith’s term of Office has now come to an end, she has been with us for 5 years and is now retiring, I am sure you will all join in with me to thank her for all her hard work over her time in office.

This brings us to a new Club Year needing a new Chairman / Vice Chairman / Memberships Secretary / Help Log Secretary and some more Committee Members willing to help out, if you feel you would like to join us or would like to nominate any one for a job - please write or phone in with names, after all it is your Club and without help it can't run.

Re Joining forms will be on the website and in Tack shops etc. No change of price this year.

The Farm Indoor Shows will be starting soon - a fun Show is planned for November and the Christmas fun Jumping Show is on Sunday 18th December at Penningtons when we will be giving a Cheque to the Air Ambulance, the Winter League starts in January to May.
